SIPs, the new approach in the housing industry & our main building system, can provide a strong, durable and energy efficient building envelop in a short time. We have set up the manufacturing line for SIPs & lead the SIPs industry in China. Our New Zealand (Scottsdale) imported full automatic CNC Light Gauge Steel equipment also enables us to provide advanced & high quality LGS houses as an alternative. All SIPs roof and wall panels have been fully precut and preassembled in factory so builders can install the whole house structure like playing a big jigsaw game. The beauty is that when you've installed one wall frame it has already insulated. So SIPs prefab homes are high insulated homes and fast assembly houses. Generally speaking, for one 200sq.m. house, a team of 4-6 people can install the whole structure frame in just 5 days with the help of crane. That is indeed very fast. And there is no waste on site because there is no need of water for the whole process. Clean and easy. We always use green materials. The OSB we use are of E0 grade and the adhesive we use is also green so Quacent SIPs prefab homes are eco and green house.
