SIPs house building system is precise and efficient which is more important today than ever before.  It is one of the building systems that very much meet today's need. SIPs house is precise by design and push greater productivity across the entire job site.

The use of SIPs reduces labor costs and improves productivity through a number of means. Prefabricated SIPs assemblies enable builders to put up the walls, roof and dormers in segments and in 45 percent of the time that would be needed by conventional constructions.

The design of SIPs also eliminates the need to install exterior sheathing, thermal insulation and house-wrap separately. In addition, precut openings-with door and window openings already cut-means hat there is less labor required at the job site; it has all been done in advance at the factory. SIPs prefab homes are high insulated homes and fast assembly houses. 

SIPs help mitigate the lack of available skilled labor, first by requiring less of it and, secondly, by being relatively easy to build with when compared to stick-framed construction.

Structural Insulated Panels are high-performance building materials used in wall, roof and floor for residential and light commercial constructions. The panels are made by sandwiching a core of rigid foam insulation (EPS, PU, XPS) between two skins of structural/engineered boards such as OSB, plywood, cement board or magnesium board etc. The dimension of Quacent SIPs varies from 1220mm x 2440mm x7320mm, and its thickness is from 114mm up to 310mm, which can meet the structural and insulation demands of all regions.

Quacent SIPs are all manufactured strictly under ISO9001-2015 quality control system. All the lumber, OSB, adhesive come from Canada or USA with high grade certification.

In order to reduce customer`s cost, based on our strong supply chain in China, we are able to provide full accessories for houses to save the purchasing efforts and time for our clients.
